I find the home very calm and peaceful. The staff I have met so far have all been lovely. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, my nans room is always clean and tidy. My nan suffers from advanced dementia and she seems to have settled very well. I visit regularly and I am always welcomed and offered a cup of something hot/cold to drink and some cakes/biscuits. Nan seems very happy and content with the staff around her. The food I have seen and tasted has been of a very high standard.

The home itself feels like stepping onto a cruise ship, homely, inviting, and beautifully presented from the moment we walked through the doors. The communal areas are equally welcoming, and there is always coffee and cake available. Every person who works at Herne Bay Manor is welcoming, caring, and clearly proud of the work they do. It is simply a lovely place to be - for both the residents and the visitors.
The food is outstanding: freshly cooked, plentiful.
